Tube bending
Tube bending and rolling service for tubes made of steel, aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel. Our technical capabilities:
– Bending tubes up to 38 mm in diameter
– 3D CNC bending
– 3 stack 4 axis bending, capable of forming complex shapes with different radius on the same tube
– Tube rolling function available
– Hole punching function available
– Bending of round, square, rectangle, oval and specially designed tubes and flat strips.
NMF Metal provides a comprehensive service, from design to prototyping to mass production. We can accommodate both small and large orders.
Welding
Welding department consists of equipment and expertise in:
-MIG welding (manual and CNC)
-TIG welding (manual)
-Contact welding
Welded materials:
-Carbon steel
-Stainless steel
CNC turning
At the moment metal turning is done on a 2-axis CNC Lathe HAS ST-20, capable of turning products up to 300mm in diameter (50mm using a bar feeder).
Plans are to upgrade this department to include a Swiss type lathe for small diameter (up to 32mm) part turning in a 5-axis lathe.
Metal stamping/ punching
We currently offer metal stamping services on these stamping presses:
-120t (automatic, mechanical)
-100t (semi-automatic, mechanical)
-80t (semi-automatic, mechanical)
-60t (semiautomatic, mechanical)
-40t (manual, mechanical)
-20t (manual, mechanical)
Having reliable and long-term partners in stamping tool production/repair, NMF Metal can offer an increased flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
Powder coating
Powder coating in a manual powder coating line with 3 bath chemical treatment. This set-up allows us to produce efficiently small-medium batches, with vey short time leads, keeping the best quality.
